All HOPE Merch purchases are considered a donation, therefore there are NO REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS or EXCHANGES once your order has been placed. We will be happy to discuss substitutions for shirt options or styles if you contact us prior to placing your order. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
